As a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming Crispin is well-practiced at using these powerful techniques to elicit self-awareness, motivation and change in clients through coaching or training. He is also qualified in International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies and adheres to the ICF principle that honours the client as the expert in his/her life and work and believes that every client is creative and resourceful in improving their performance.

He is also a qualified Action Learning Group Facilitator enabling people to work rigorously to give each group member time and space for questioning, reflection and action planning to achieve positive outcomes and create open and trusting environments.
