Charles Brook

Charles Brook is one of Europe's leading Business Coaches working with Chief Executives and Senior Managers to develop their leadership style in order to deliver their performance goals and personal targets. Alongside being an NHS Leadership Centre Coach, Charles has a depth of experience working with Chief Executives, Board Members and Senior Executives from a broad range of public and private sector organisations including NHS, TFL, Department of Education, Department of Health, Price Waterhouse Coopers, BBC, Asda, Johnson & Johnson, WH Smith, London Stock Exchange and Lloyds TSB.

He has a passion for enabling leaders to develop their unique and most impactful leadership style; for helping people be more creative with their thinking; and to deliver on tough business issues that create breakthrough in performance.

He has co-developed the highly successful MSc in Coaching and Development with Portsmouth University Business School, now in its third year and attended by senior people across the public and private sectors. He has also recently worked on a voluntary basis for WYSE, a not for profit organisation, sponsored by the United Nations, who develop young leaders across the world.

Being a faculty member of the School of Coaching (part of the Work Foundation) for 7 years, has ensured that Charles continues to work with a wide range of business people to coach and develop others. And more recently he helped to set up the European Mentoring and Coaching Council whose aim is to promote standards and ethics in coaching across Europe.
